Josh was raised in Grants Pass were he attended and graduated from Hidden Valley High School in 2010. He then went on to study Exercise Science for four years at Western Oregon University. During his time in school Josh was fortunate to learn from and work with many different personal trainers. Through this experience he was exposed to a wide range of training, with numerous clients. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, Josh moved back to Grants Pass where he has been a personal trainer for the past 2 years.
Josh understands that every person’s fitness journey and goals are different, and are all equally important. He facilitates people of all ages and backgrounds to accomplish their goals; by providing specific, individualized, safe workout routines and nutrition programs. His mission is to help people achieve their personal fitness goals and live a healthy lifestyle.
